Analytics consent
Analytics is gated behind the storefront consent banner. Tracking should only load after the customer accepts analytics cookies, which keeps the implementation closer to an explicit-consent model.
Operational data use
Basic operational data such as page and product interactions, cart contents, order details, IP address, and an approximate IP-derived country may be used to improve catalog quality, troubleshoot issues, and support aggregated admin reporting. This does not use the customer device's precise GPS location. Country data uses the monthly DB-IP Lite database; IP geolocation by DB-IP.
